Gayle has been a licensed Social Worker for more than 25 years. Her passion for helping people led her to choose and dedicate her entire career to helping children and families.  As a seasoned social worker, she believes in a strong work ethic and giving everything she has to offer to help those she works with.  Over the past ten years she has worked as a Foster Home Specialist and also as a Child Placing Agency supervisor helping to shape the next generation of workers.  Her experience working at a Child Placing Agency led to Gayle's dreams and motivation to opening a new Child Placing Agency with the intent of making sure children and families remain in the forefront of everything we do here at Kids R First Kansas.

Gayle is well known to be a dog lover, rescuing dogs whenever possible and helping find them good homes.  In her spare time she enjoys sewing and going to estate sales or thrift stores.  She also keeps herself busy with a small vintage and antique glassware Etsy store that she started up after her own personal collection grew too big for her own good.
